Medicine Beyond Borders

-

Medicine Beyond Borders is a conversation exploring what it means to practice medicine in humanitarian and conflict settings. Featuring Dr. Travis Mellin, an anesthesiologist who has worked with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) places with extreme humanitarian need, this event will examine the ethical, emotional, and practical realities of delivering healthcare amid displacement, crisis, and dangerous settings. Together, we will reflect on the role of medicine in global humanitarian emergencies and what it means to bear witness as future health professionals and global citizens.
