The Vancouver IT Helpdesk is located in room 223 of Netzhammer Hall (VNET - formerly the Classroom Building). We also provide support through , which is open for drop-in help during our hours of operation and is for many things the easiest way to get help.
Support is available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
