Digital Media Artists Present Works at Vancouver Gallery

Vancouver, Wash. - Washington State University Vancouver's Digital Technology and Culture Program and Northbank Gallery present, "The 2007 Spring Media Artist Talk Series."

The first speaker is Canadian multimedia artist Steve Gibson, 7 to 8 p.m., Feb. 22 at Northbank Gallery, 1005 Main Street, downtown Vancouver.

Gibson will present, "Mapping Spaces: An Introduction to Media Art in Canada in the 21st Century," focusing on the recent of work of Canadian digital media artists Julie Andreyev, Rafael Lozano-Hemmer and others.

Future talks are scheduled for March 29 and April 26 in the same location. All talks are free and open to the public.
