Vancouver, Wash. - Jodi Tripp's collection of photographs will be displayed in Washington State University Vancouver's Engineering Life Sciences building gallery Nov. 5 - Dec. 15. The collection features a series of natural images from the Pacific Northwest and her acclaimed "Barns of Clark County" series.
Tripp's interest in photography began at a young age, and she has worked as a professional photographer in different settings including events and portraitures. Her work has been received successfully in a variety of photography competitions throughout the Northwest and California, and her images are displayed on the "SayWA" tourism campaign website.
Tripp is a past employee of 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø, who maintains strong connections to the campus. Currently, Tripp produces and displays her colorful and creative digital art and local landscapes throughout Vancouver, Wash., in local art shows, and is represented by the Aurora Gallery, 1001 Main Street, Vancouver. 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø galleries are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø is located at 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave., east of the 134th Street exit from either I-5 or I-205, or on C-Tran Bus route 19 from the Salmon Creek Park and Ride.
