Interview, Exhibit Feature Dan Ogden's 60 Years of Democratic Political Activism

Vancouver, Wash. - The political science department at Washington State University Vancouver presents, "60 Years and Counting: A Retrospective on Dan Ogden's Commitment to the Democratic Party," 5 to 6 p.m., April 20 in the Library, room 201. A reception follows at 6 p.m. in the library.

Ogden's presentation will be in the form of an interview. Mark Stephan, assistant professor of political science, will ask him questions about his years of activism, followed by a brief question and answer period for the audience.

The library lobby currently features an exhibit of photographs and memorabilia from Ogden's political activism, and will continue the display through May 11.

Ogden is a former professor of political science at WSU Pullman, chair of the Clark County Democrats, and much more. He is married to Val Ogden, former six-term state representative from the 49th Legislative District and speaker at the 2006 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø commencement ceremony.
