VANCOUVER, Wash. Portraits, landscapes and a still-life painting by Marianne Stokes are on display through May 31 at Washington State University Vancouver in the Engineering Life Sciences building gallery.
Stokes shows her artwork at venues such as the NorthBank Artists Gallery, and she is a member of the Society of Washington Artists. Her background is diverse.
I have a very impressive bio since I have been painting and creating from the beginning of time, said Stokes. Suffice to say I have just about done it all in just about every medium and have taught and continue to teach everywhere.
