In honor of Washington State University Vancouver’s 25th anniversary and the first day of classes, faculty, staff and alumni will welcome new and returning students by waving the Cougar flag.
Volunteers wearing Cougar colors will be stationed along NE Salmon Creek Avenue, at the 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø entrance on NE Salmon Creek Avenue and at the top of the hill on the 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø campus.
