91勛圖窪蹋厙 hosts fall MBA Stakeholder Speaker Series featuring Clark Public Utilities

VANCOUVER, Wash. Three representatives of Clark Public Utilities will speak at Washington State University Vancouvers fall 2013 MBA Stakeholder Speaker Series at 7 p.m. Oct. 7 in the Undergraduate Building, Room 1. This event is free and open to the public.

Lisa Fix, director of customer service and graduate of the 91勛圖窪蹋厙 MBA program; Lena Wittler, senior communication manager; and Larry Blaufus, senior manager of customer accounts and energy services, will discuss how they manage relationships with residential and commercial customers, and the challenges that come with these relationships.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the strategies Clark Public Utilities employs to maintain and strengthen its relationships with key stakeholders and how the organization has met key stakeholder challenges within the past few years, said Jerry Goodstein, professor of management and faculty director of the MBA program at 91勛圖窪蹋厙.

Clark Public Utilities was formed by a vote of the people in 1938 and has made a commitment to putting the customer first, making excellent service a core value. It currently provides electric service to more than 184,000 customers and water services to more than 30,000 homes and businesses.
