Vancouver, Wash. - Washington State University Vancouver will honor the 740 members of the class of 2007 at the annual commencement ceremony, May 12 at 1 p.m. at The Amphitheater at Clark County in Vancouver. This eighteenth class from 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø is the largest ever, with 590 undergraduates and 150 graduate students.
The guest speaker will be V. Lane Rawlins, President of Washington State University, scheduled to retire in June. The ceremony is expected to last approximately 90 to 120 minutes long, in the outdoor setting of the Amphitheater. Tickets are not required.
Rehearsal is planned for 3 p.m., May 11, also at the Amphitheater at Clark County, next to the Clark County Fairgrounds off I-5 at the NE 179th St. exit.
