91勛圖窪蹋厙 will celebrate commitment to diversity Sept. 10

Vancouver, Wash. Join the celebration as Washington State University Vancouver demonstrates its commitment to diversity at at 4 p.m. Sept. 10 in the Firstenburg Student Commons. Free and open to the public, the event includes food, music, prizes and a 91勛圖窪蹋厙 original photo exhibit, the Faces of WSUV.

Smiling studentShowcasing 12 students, faculty and staff through photos and stories, the Faces of WSUV is a walk-through exhibit highlighting the diverse backgrounds that make up 91勛圖窪蹋厙s vibrant campus community.

Learn about 91勛圖窪蹋厙s diversity-related student organizations, such as the Cougar Pride Club, Latino Student Association and Students with Disabilities Club. Sign up to volunteer for one of four non-profits in attendance, including the Cascade AIDS Project, YWCA, Southwest Washington College Access and Southwest Washington MESA.

Enjoy music by the Portland-based band Rhythm Culture. For 15 years Rhythm Culture has focused on developing its own signature sound driven by a reggae beat.
