VANCOUVER, Wash. 鈥 Learn how company culture can help meet strategic objectives and create the company you want at Washington State University Vancouver鈥檚 upcoming Business Growth MAP Alliance forum. It will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. June 21 at the Pacific Continental Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver.
The event will feature a panel discussion with Andy LaFrazia, CEO of ControlTek; Leb Tannenbaum, founder and CEO of New Legends; and Scott Judkins, founder and CEO of PayTrace. LaFrazia leads a team of 130 personnel specializing in electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Tannenbaum has 30 years of consulting experience with a focus on growth and culture. Judkins has grown his company organically into a profitable, employee-owned entity with a focus on merchant happiness through employee contentment. Together, the panel will discuss the importance of identifying a company鈥檚 mission and how building a culture around that can influence productivity and overall team performance.
