VANCOUVER, Wash. 鈥 Learn how entity structure impacts a company鈥檚 bottom line at Washington State University Vancouver鈥檚 upcoming Business Growth MAP Alliance forum. It will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. May 17 at the Pacific Continental Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver.
Michael Fussell, principal attorney at Tax Law Associates, LLC, will discuss why entity structure impacts tax liability, assets and cash flow. Fussell holds a Master of Laws in Tax degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and is an expert in creating a series of integrated tax and legal solutions for his clients. Fussell is licensed to practice in numerous states, enabling him to customize his analysis to various business clients鈥 circumstances.
The forum is open to all. Register online at business.vancouver.wsu.edu/bgmap and click the link 鈥淯pcoming events.鈥 Cost is $10 per person in advance or $15 per person at the door. There is no cost for students with a valid WSU student ID.
