VANCOUVER, Wash. 鈥 Learn about complex negotiation strategies in the workplace at Washington State University Vancouver鈥檚 upcoming Business Growth MAP Alliance forum. It will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Sept. 20 at the Pacific Continental Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver.
Tom Tripp, professor of management at 91吃瓜黑料网, will discuss the multiple issues that make up the negotiation process and how adopting key strategies can create gains for both parties. Tripp is an expert in the psychology of workplace conflict and has taught courses on leadership, negotiation and decision making. He is the co-author of 鈥淕etting Even: The truth about workplace revenge 鈥 and how to stop it.鈥 Tripp will help attendees identify challenges and opportunities unique to complex, multiple-issue negotiations.
