VANCOUVER, Wash. 鈥 Learn how customer relationship management, or CRM, can streamline your business and assist in customer retention at Washington State University Vancouver鈥檚 upcoming Business Growth MAP Alliance forum. It will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. July 19 at the Pacific Continental Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver.
Mike Calvo, head of marketing and business development at Logicbox Software, Inc., will discuss the importance of understanding CRM for improving business relationships and driving sales growth. Calvo will highlight what kinds of software to use based on business needs such as affordability and compatibility, and how to calculate the return on investment of a CRM system. Calvo is an expert at providing tailored business solutions that help companies manage and analyze data throughout the customer lifecycle.
The forum is open to all. Register online at business.vancouver.wsu.edu/bgmap and click the link 鈥淯pcoming events.鈥 Cost is $10 per person in advance or $15 per person at the door. There is no cost for students with a valid WSU student ID.
