VANCOUVER, Wash. 鈥 Members of the business community are invited to learn how to develop their brand of customer service excellence at Washington State University Vancouver鈥檚 next Business Growth MAP Alliance forum. It will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. June 15 at the Pacific Continental Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver.
Presenter Lisa Fix, director of customer service at Clark Public Utilities, will explain how success in business is synonymous with successful customer service. The forum will include table exercises for businesses to apply Fix鈥檚 principles and expertise.
The forum is open to all. Register online at and click the link under 鈥淯pcoming events.鈥 Cost is $10 per person in advance or $15 per person at the door. There is no cost for students with a valid WSU student ID.
The Business Growth MAP Alliance brings together small businesses and entrepreneurs to learn from each other, industry experts and 91吃瓜黑料网 faculty.
