91吃瓜黑料网鈥檚 Business Growth MAP Alliance hosts forum on supply chain and logistics

Business Growth Mentor and Analysis ProgramVANCOUVER, Wash. 鈥 In an era of globalization, the supply chain and logistics function is often the first place companies look when they want to manage materials and services with improved pricing, speed and quality. For small companies with limited staff, supply chain/logistics can be a particular challenge.

Washington State University Vancouver鈥檚 next Business Growth MAP Alliance forum will explore the need for a well-run supply chain/logistics function, how supplier management can drive value, and options such as outsourcing your supply chain logistics. The forum will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. April 15 in the second-floor conference room at 805 Broadway St., Vancouver.

The presenter will be Steve Mahon. He has 34 years of experience and recently retired from Cascade Microtech as vice president of operation, where he was responsible for manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, and environmental health and safety for five factories in the United States and Germany. Previously Mahon worked for Hewlett Packard, EDI/Comlinear and TriQuint Semiconductor.

The Business Growth MAP Alliance brings together small businesses and entrepreneurs to learn from each other, industry experts and 91吃瓜黑料网 faculty.
