The Washington State University Vancouver prepares this report in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (The Clery Act) as well as the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2022 (VAWA) amendments to the Clery Act, using information obtained by the WSU Clery Compliance Committee comprised of representatives from various WSU and 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø offices including, but not limited to, the 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Police Department (91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø PD), the Compliance and Civil Rights (CCR), the Center for Community Standards (CCS), and the Office of Emergency Management (OEM).
Additionally, information is gathered from Campus Security Authorities (CSAs), campus law enforcement, and information provided by other local and State law enforcement agencies.
