National Arab American Heritage Month

This month recognizes and honors the cultural heritage, history and lasting contributions of Arab Americans in the United States. Arab Americans have shaped many aspects of American life through achievements in science, education, business, politics, the arts and more.

The observance encourages greater awareness of the diverse cultures and traditions within Arab American communities. It also creates space for reflection on the experiences and challenges many Arab Americans have faced, including the need to confront harmful stereotypes and misrepresentations.

91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø celebrates the vital role Arab Americans have played—and continue to play—in enriching the social, cultural and intellectual fabric of the nation and our campus community.
