Art exhibit presentation guidelines

A confirmation of your Art Exhibit presentations must be emailed to holly.davis@wsu.edu by 11:59 p.m. on March 20. The email must include the following information:

  1. Art Exhibit title, presenter names, and scheduled date/time of the presentation. (Please refer to the confirmation email that was sent to you the week of March 10.)
  2. Identify and confirm your exhibit display needs (easel, table and/or poster board) and the dimensions of your art exhibit. To be eligible to participate in Showcase, we must have these confirmation details no later than March 20 at 11:59 p.m.

Your art exhibit must be up by 9:00 a.m. Doors to the Firstenburg Student Commons will be open by 8:00 a.m. Your art exhibit should remain up until the judging has been closed at 12:00 p.m. All exhibits must be removed by 1:00 p.m. with no exceptions.

Your Submission ID will be placed on your display and must remain in effect throughout the judging of your presentation. Failure to remove the Submission ID will affect the judging of your presentation.

Please arrive and check in 10 minutes prior to your confirmed judging hour. You must be available at your art exhibit during the designated time to answer questions from the judges and visitors. If you wish to be eligible for an award, you must be present at your exhibit for the entire hour you selected for judging.

You may not submit more than one art exhibit as the lead presenter.
