- Jan. 6: Accepting submissions
- March 2: Submission deadline closes at 11:59 p.m.
- March 20 – All Presenters: Submission confirmation deadline—must be emailed by 11:59 p.m. to holly.davis@wsu.edu
- March 21: Workshop — Enhancing Your Poster: A Feedback Workshop, 1 – 4 p.m. via Zoom with Christine Portfors
- March 24: Workshop — Maximize Your Research Impact! Get ready to shine at Research Showcase!, 12 – 2 p.m. in VMMC 214 with Georgina Cox
- March 26 – Poster Presenters only: Poster and biography deadline — must be emailed by 11:59 p.m. to holly.davis@wsu.edu
- April 8: Online gallery viewable to public
- April 8: Poster and Art Exhibit presentations, 9 a.m. – noon in Firstenburg Student Commons
