We have a wide variety of spaces to host your group, including conference rooms, classrooms, lecture halls, large indoor venues, and beautiful outdoor spaces.
Our campus is also available for external events hosted by community members or organizations outside of WSU, ranging from conferences to private functions.
Here at 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø we are proud to support the Clark County community and are able to host a wide variety of events such as lectures, conferences, trainings, public meetings, information fairs, and even large external events like 5K races and car shows. We have competitive rates that charge by the day and do have discounts for 501(C)(3) organizations.
Our campus is conveniently located near the intersection I5 and I205. We have ample parking*, and your guests will enjoy stunning views of both M. St. Helens and Mt. Hood!
Booking
To get started, please complete the Guest Event Space Request Form, it is OK if you don’t know all the details yet. Once the form has been received, the Events Office will contact you to solidify details and prepare a quote.
We generally try to plan events at least 20 days in advance to allow for contracts and planning. Most reservations need the following:
- A completed Guest Event Space Request form
- A copy of your group’s (or individual’s)
- Proof of liability insurance
- A signed facility use contract

*Parking: 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø has large parking lots with plenty of room for events. Parking is $5/day, M-F until 7pm. Parking is free after 7pm M-F, and all day on weekends. Events can arrange bulk parking purchases for your guests.
